  • How long is the rental period?

    The rental period is flexible based on the product or service that is being provided. Give us a call for a consultation for more information!

  • Do you do corporate events?

    Yes, it is our specialty! We cater all types of events, such as corporate gatherings, birthday parties, weddings, and more!

  • How much space is required for the arcade games?

    All spacing restrictions for each item will be discussed at your consultation to ensure a safe and fun experience. Call today for a consultation!

  • What cities and states do you operate in?

    We travel up to four and a half hours outside Tulsa, OK.

  • What are your rules?

    All rules will be discussed at consultation, and the lead delivery man will explain the rules. You will also receive a copy of the rules.

  • Who handles setup and teardown?

    Our drivers will arrive at your event in plenty of time to properly set up all your equipment and then be out of the way for your event to begin. If you have a Jupiter Jump rental, it typically takes about 15 minutes to have you ready to go, so please do not expect us any sooner. If you have multiple pieces, we will arrive at the appropriate time to have all equipment set up and ready to go. We will not use your event time for setup or breakdown.

  • Do you just drop off the equipment, or do you stay and supervise?

    Jumpin’ Jiminy will only provide an attendant if you request and pay for an attendant in advance of your event and if it is part of your contract. If you have been told your ride comes with an attendant at the time of booking, you will not need to have a volunteer ready. Jumpin’ Jiminy will send an email with a video and test for you/your attendants to watch that covers how to attend an inflatable ride.

  • Are there restrictions on where you can set up the equipment?

    We can discuss in your consultation the requirements for each piece of equipment. We do not ever set up in mud, dirt, or water, and inflatables cannot be in gravel or sand.

  • What about water and electricity hookups?

    You will need to be within 100 feet of power. You will also need to provide a water source for water games. We only provide generators for our mechanical rides. Details will be discussed at the consultation.

  • Are the games appropriate for kids and adults?

    YES!! Our activities are for kids and adults!
